Pier is built for locals first — and discovered by visitors who seek expressive and dynamic places to relax, eat and drink.
We work closely with Tasmanian growers, fishers and producers, pairing the island’s finest raw ingredients with contemporary technique and a global perspective. Our menus evolve with our resident chefs, and our sound shifts with the seasons — but the philosophy stays constant: quality without excess, hospitality without pretence.

The 100% Tasmanian wine list features small producers, limited & museum releases which celebrates our expressive & cool-climate region.
Our sound is warm, analogue and intentional, creating ambience and memories through music.
